Plum's ideal home
Lovely Plum came into our care after being found as a stray. Sadly, she hasn’t had the easiest start in life, but she’s now ready to find a forever family who can give her the love and security she truly deserves.
Plum is a gentle soul who can sometimes find the big wide world a little overwhelming. She’s hoping to meet patient adopters who will take things at her pace and help her build confidence as she finds her paws. We believe she’d thrive best in a calm home with older children (11+) who can respect her need for quiet moments.
At the moment, Plum will need to be the only dog in the household, though this may change as we get to know her better and learn more about her interactions with other dogs. She’s already making great progress here at the centre, she’s mastered “sit” and “down,” and is always happy to show off her skills in exchange for a tasty treat.
Plum may need a little extra support as she adjusts to home life, including help with housetraining and learning to relax when left alone. We recommend introducing this gradually so she feels safe and secure.

Plum is a beautiful girlie who has so much love to give her forever family. She can find lots of a handling a bit worrying so she's been learning to wear a muzzle for when she visits the vet. Sadly, Plum has had their ears cropped. This is illegal in the UK, and we absolutely do not condone it. We hope we can find Plum a loving home.
