About This Dog

Luna's ideal home

Luna is a gorgeous 5-year-old Boxer/Italian Corso cross who is an affectionate, playful girl with plenty of energy. She is generally independent but loves reassurance from her handlers when out walking. Curious and adventurous, Luna enjoys being outdoors and would thrive with an active family who can provide two decent walks a day, as well as a secure garden where she can burn off some energy. She loves toys, playing tug and, once she knows you, will happily shower her favourite people with kisses and cuddles. Luna can be shy when first meeting new people, so she will need patient introductions and time to build confidence.

Could you be Luna's perfect match?

Luna is friendly and playful with other dogs and could potentially live with a compatible canine companion, subject to introductions. She has previously lived with children and could live with older primary school-aged children who are confident around a large, energetic dog. Luna can be left for short periods, although this will need to be introduced gradually as she may be vocal when first left alone. Her new family should also be prepared to gently reintroduce housetraining. Most importantly, Luna needs a loving home where she can enjoy plenty of exercise, play and affection, alongside a safe and comfortable space to relax and have some quiet time.
