About This Dog

Saxon's ideal home

Saxon is a really big softy who loves holding a toy in his mouth (so adorable!) This sociable boy is a 1-year-old Mastiff Cane Corso Cross with tonnes of personality. He is really playful with dogs and is very friendly with everyone he meets!
In the main he walks well on a lead, but when he’s excited about meeting people/dogs he is very strong and can pull intensely. Due to his strength we believe he would be best suited in a home of adults only or with older children who have experience with large dog breeds.

Could you be Saxon's perfect match?

He is still young and will need adopters who are happy to put in some time and work into his training, it will be well worth it! Saxon will need someone around 24/7 at first (with the plan of extending this over time) as he has previously been stressed and became destructive when left alone. This just means you’ll get to spend even more time with your new gorgeous, super fun buddy!
If you are a big dog person, who’s looking for a sweet natured, playful boy and you have the time to help him get settled in, Saxon could be your PAW-fect match!
