About This Dog for Adoption

Charlotte's ideal home

Charlotte is looking for a loving home who can give her lots of adventures and fusses! She would be able to live alongside children aged 10 years and over who are confident with larger dogs as she is a bit clumsy when playing and doesn’t realise her size! Charlotte can be quite uncomfortable around other dogs, so as well as preferring to be the only pet in her home, she would benefit from living and walking in low dog populated areas, she could have a walking buddy as long as they are polite and able to give her space when she needs. She wears a muzzle and lead when out and about so she can enjoy her time out without any worries, she wears it very happily, she is strong on the lead so will need to an adopter who is confident walking a strong dog. Alongside her muzzle training she has lots of her basic training and some cute tricks under her belt too. She will benefit from having lots of fun things to do inside and outside the home and adopters who will continue her training to keep her busy. Charlotte is fully housetrained and would need her own private and secure garden to explore in. Charlotte is happy to travel in the car, jumping in and out by herself. Charlotte can be left alone for up to 3 hours, but this should be introduced gradually once she has had time to settle into her new home. Charlotte will need to meet her adopters multiple times prior to going home so please bear this in mind when applying.

Could you be Charlotte's perfect match?

Charlotte is a beautiful, playful and loving 7 year old Labrador Cross with a heart of gold. She is a really affectionate girl who absolutely adores fusses and will try and climb onto your lap, completely unaware that she is not a small dog! Charlotte is a keen explorer on her walks and loves being out and about and going on fun adventures in the woods. She loves her treats and takes them gently from the hand, she loves to engage in training for a nice soft, smelly treat. Charlotte she is a real people dog, she will happily spend time chilling on the sofa with her favourite humans! Charlotte is ready to start her next chapter with her new family, could it be you?
